AI that runs the back office of restaurants.
Each restaurant gets its own AI agent. It does the work; the owner checks and approves. The data stays in the restaurant.
From opening day to the weekly books.

How it's built.
- 01AI translates, rules decide. Models read the paperwork; how much to order comes from rules that can explain themselves.
- 02Data stays in the restaurant. Never pooled across restaurants, and the owner approves anything that leaves.
- 03Every module has a fallback. If it stops, staff go straight back to the old way.
